Refund policy

Northern Food Forest Nursery ships healthy plant material and all stock is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure a safe journey to their forever home. We have a conditional warranty on their products. Any stock that fails to leaf out by July 1st will be eligible for replacement or store credit. Claims must be made after July 1st and must include two photos of the plant or tree.

Warranty exceptions include improper care and maintenance and weather extremes. The customer must follow the planting guide that the nursery provides. If you file a claim for a tree that hasn’t made it, we will do our best to communicate with you to figure out what could have gone wrong. The nursery will offer a refund, merchandise credit, or plant replacement for the following year at their discretion. Our nursery prides themselves in excellent customer service and high quality bare root trees. We care a lot about our customers success!
